I-Map Data Systems


I-Map Data Systems specializes in the development of geographic information systems (GIS).  The company provides services for GIS data processing, surveying, GPS field mapping, aerial photogrammetry, and 3D modeling.  The company also provides hosting and development of internet map servers and online interactive maps.   The company specializes in GIS development for geologic and archeological projects, but also applies GIS technology to civil engineering, land planning, and commercial mapping for real estate, hotels, hunting, and retail store locations.   For a complete list of our capabilities, see our Services section.

I-Map Data Systems, LLC was founded by Mark Phillips and Bill Isenberger in January of 1996.

Mark R. Phillips - B.S. Geology, Missouri State University, Springfield, MO, 1981

Mr. Phillips is a registered professional geologist with over 35 years of experience in producing maps, cross-sections, computer models and reports involving geologic and geophysical data.   Mr. Phillips provides geologic consulting and data development for projects related to hydrogeology, environmental land planning, civil engineering, and petroleum production.   He is the principal programmer and database developer for the Internet GIS services provided by I-Map Data Systems and has developed online interactive maps for commercial and scientiic applications since 1998.

William H. Isenberger - B.S. Geography, Missouri State University, Springfield, MO, 1982

Mr. Isenberger is a land surveyor and GIS expert with over 35 years of experience in surveying, computer based mapping, and applied work utilizing GIS technology.   He also an expert in drone helicopter engineering, aerial photogrammetry, and 3D modeling.   Mr. Isenberger specializes in GIS applications related to archaeological research and has applied digital mapping and GIS analysis to archaelogical projects around the world.
